Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or used supplements, skincare, or cosmetic products (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Items on sales.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds: May be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact customer support at order@revelox.com with photos of the damage and your order number.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For orders over $80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To start a return, please contact our support team at order@revelox.com. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
